How we use it
Inquiry information is used to respond, route requests and maintain sales/service history. Marketing messages should be sent only to contacts who explicitly opted in for updates.
Storage and access
Lead, subscriber and chat history are stored in a protected server folder intended to be accessible only through authenticated AMORELE Admin pages. Hosting administrators remain responsible for backups, user access and server security.
Third-party services
The website chat uses an AI service to generate responses, and inquiry email forwarding may use FormSubmit. Do not submit passwords, private credentials or confidential bid information through public forms or chat.
